Last updated: 29 April 2026

Aeromate ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit aeromate.in or interact with our Aviation Academy, IT Recruitment, and Corporate Training services.

This policy is published in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations (TCCCPR) including the DLT framework.

1. Information We Collect

  • Identity & contact data: name, email address, phone number, city, inquiry type, and the message you submit through our forms.
  • Programme data (academy enrolees): age, education, prior qualifications, ID proof, and emergency contact.
  • Technical data: IP address, user-agent string, device type, referring URL, and timestamps captured when you submit forms or browse the site.
  • Consent records: a copy of the exact consent text you agreed to, along with the version, channels, IP, and timestamp.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide the Services you have requested.
  • To process admissions, placements, and training engagements.
  • To send you promotional and informational communications about our programmes, events, and offers (subject to your consent — see Section 4).
  • To meet legal, regulatory, accounting, and tax obligations and to maintain audit records.
  • To improve our Site, Services, and customer experience through analytics and feedback.

3. Legal Basis

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (which you provide when submitting our forms), the performance of a contract (e.g. enrolment in a programme), our legitimate business interests, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Promotional Communications (Mandatory Consent)

By submitting an enquiry, admission form, or any contact form on aeromate.in, you provide your express consent to receive promotional communications from Aeromate via the following channels:

  • RCS (Rich Communication Services)
  • SMS
  • Voice calls
  • WhatsApp
  • Email

This consent is mandatory for the submission of enquiries through our forms because it allows us to follow up with course details, fee structures, batch schedules, placement updates, and admission confirmations across the channels most accessible to you.

Each consent event is logged with the exact text shown to you, the version of the consent statement, the channels granted, your IP address, and the date and time — and retained as an audit trail in compliance with TRAI / DLT requirements.

4.1 Withdrawing Consent / Opting Out

You may withdraw consent at any time, free of charge, by:

  • Email: writing to info@aeromate.in with the subject "Unsubscribe";
  • SMS / WhatsApp: replying with the keyword STOP to any message we send;
  • Voice / Calls: requesting our agent to remove your number from promotional lists during the call.

Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, and we may still contact you for service-related, transactional, or legally required messages.

5. Sharing & Disclosure

We may share your data with:

  • Hiring partners and airlines (only with academy candidates' explicit consent, for placement purposes);
  • Service providers: our hosting and database provider Lovable Cloud (powered by Supabase) acts as a data sub-processor; communication providers for SMS / RCS / WhatsApp / Email delivery; analytics tools.
  • Regulators or law enforcement, where required by law;
  • Successor entities in the event of a merger or acquisition.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Data Retention

  • Enquiries from prospective students that do not convert: retained for 24 months from the date of last contact.
  • Enrolled student records: retained for the duration of the programme plus 7 years (academic and statutory record-keeping).
  • Consent audit logs: retained for 7 years to satisfy regulatory audits.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, role-based access control, and limited admin access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
