1. About Aeromate

Aeromate is headquartered in Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and provides aviation training, IT staffing & recruitment, and corporate learning programmes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to enrol in our programmes or submit an enquiry. You confirm that the information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Enrolment, Fees & Refunds (Aviation Academy)

• Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable fee and the signed admission form.
• All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable, except where a written refund policy is provided at the time of admission for the specific programme.
• Aeromate reserves the right to reschedule or modify batches, schedules, faculty, and curriculum without prior notice in the interest of training quality.

4. Recruitment & Training Services

• Placement assistance, interview opportunities, and recruitment leads are facilitated on a best-effort basis. Aeromate does not guarantee employment or specific compensation outcomes.
• Corporate training engagements are governed by the individual statement of work (SOW) signed with the client organisation.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Site or Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• upload or transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes any third-party rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, our systems, or other users' data;
• use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site without our prior written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Aeromate name and logo, course materials, videos, images, and text — is owned by or licensed to Aeromate and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Aeromate is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aeromate disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Aeromate's total liability arising out of or in connection with the Services shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you to Aeromate in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Aeromate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

10. Privacy & Promotional Communications

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By submitting an enquiry through our contact form, you consent to receive promotional communications from Aeromate via RCS, SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, and Email, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
